Val- Your father was a gentle and precious man who is loved greatly. I always loved spending time with him, his sense of humor and the way he was such a loving grandfather to my cousins was phenomenal. Jenna called me last night to let me know, please know that my family and I are in prayer and mourning for you and your family.

Val, Vic was a great man with such a kind and gentle spirit. I'm glad his pain is finished, but know he'll be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers will be with you and your family during this difficult time.

Val and family,
Angels are among us.

I thought I saw his face today, in the sparkle of the morning sun.
And then I heard the angel say, "His work on earth is done."

I thought I heard his voice today, and then laugh his hearty laugh.
And then I heard the angel say, "There's peace dear one at last."

I thought I felt his touch today, in the breeze that rustled by.
And then I heard the angel say, "His spirit will never die."

I thought I saw my broken heart, in the crescent of the moon.
And then I heard the angel say, "The Lord is coming soon."

I thought that you had left me, for the stars so far above.
And then I heard the angel say, "He left you with his love."

I thought that I would miss him so, and never find my way.
And then I heard the angel say, "He’s with you every day."

The sun, the wind, the moon, the stars, will forever be around,
reminding you of the love you shared, and the peace He has finally found
AMEN.

Val,
You may not remember me. I am Sara Hittle, one of your Sunday School teachers at Elpyco in Wichita. Sheryl Hittle Sebastian told us about your Dad. We are so sorry and are offering our condolences. You and your family are in our prayers.
I knew Coleen in Fayetteville AR. We went to Jefferson School together and were in Snow White and 7 Drawfs. We also went to Center & Locust C of C. I was Sara Cullen then.
